Open the app, point your camera at any receipt, and HesabNa uses AI to read every item and price. You then assign items to each person in your group, and HesabNa automatically calculates everyone's share — including taxes. Finally, share personalised payment links via WhatsApp.
Yes. HesabNa reads physical receipts, printed bills, and even screenshots of digital receipts. As long as the items and prices are visible, HesabNa can handle it.
No. The organiser (the person who scans the receipt) needs the app. Everyone else receives a web link via WhatsApp — they open it in their browser, see what they owe, and pay. No app download required.
Yes. HesabNa reads the VAT (14% in Egypt) directly from the receipt and distributes it proportionally across everyone's share. No manual input needed.
Yes. Service charge (typically 12%) is extracted from the receipt and split fairly. HesabNa also handles cases where service charge is calculated above the subtotal before VAT is applied.
HesabNa supports shared items. You can assign one item to multiple people and it will be divided equally between them.
Yes. Delivery fees appear as a separate line and are split evenly across all participants.
Yes. Add your InstaPay handle in your profile and it will appear on every payment page your friends see — they can copy it in one tap.
Yes. Add your Vodafone Cash number in your profile and it will appear alongside InstaPay on the payment page.
Yes. Add your Telda username in your profile settings.
No. HesabNa shows your payment handles to your friends, but the actual money transfer happens through InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, or Telda — the same way you'd normally send money. HesabNa just makes it frictionless.
Receipt images are stored securely on our servers to generate the payment page. You can delete your session and all associated data at any time.
Anyone with the link can view the payment page. Links are unique and not publicly searchable. They expire after 30 days.
Yes. HesabNa is completely free to use. No subscription, no transaction fees, no hidden charges.
